Nims Family Trees Online!

The NFA has made all of its current genealogical research available FREE online.

MyRootsMagic is the platform that allows the association to publish it’s genealogical databases.

We initially released only the John Nims line of descent; however, this July we published Abigail, Ebenezer, and John’s data. Included in this recent version are some of the images of original records from Rob del Re’s Finding Godfrey research.

With the most recent update, we have included member-shared images of family photos, including the image above shared by Carolyn Stone.

Due to size constraints, we cannot act as an image repository, but we would like to continue adding information and pictures provided by members and other family history fans.

Goals for online data:

  • The online database provides everyone the opportunity to perform their own research at their own pace

  • We hope that database users will assist us in locating errors and suggesting additions

  • This resource is available to everyone and may lead more descendants and Colonial History enthusiasts the association
